By submitting music, listening to broadcasts, or accessing content from K-Ice Distribution Radio LLC (“we”, “our”, “the Station”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and any additional guidelines posted on our platform.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Music Submission Guidelines

Artists, producers, and DJs may submit original music for broadcast consideration. By submitting:

You confirm that you own or have the right to license the music submitted.

You grant K-Ice Distro Radio LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to stream, promote, and archive your content across our channels.

Submissions may require a $5 submission fee (non-refundable). Submission does not guarantee airplay.

3. Use of Our Platform

You agree not to use our platform to:

Post or transmit unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content

Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Station or website

Reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission

4. Intellectual Property

All broadcast content, including mixes, visuals, and promotional assets, are the property of K-Ice Distribution Radio LLC or the respective rights holders. Artists retain ownership of their original music.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access to users, artists, or partners who violate these terms or who behave in a way that is harmful to the community.
