All programming decisions are made at the sole discretion of the station's team and DJs based on genre fit, quality, brand alignment, and scheduling capacity.

2. Non-Refundable Submission Fee

The standard $5 submission fee is non-refundable and covers administrative review of content. It does not imply contractual agreement, approval, or placement.

3. Content Responsibility

K-Ice Distribution Radio LLC is not responsible for the lyrics, themes, or messaging contained in submitted content. Artists and rights holders assume full legal responsibility for all submitted material, including required licenses and permissions.

4. Streaming & Platform Access

While we strive to maintain a consistent streaming schedule (2PM–2AM daily), we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary outages or platform issues may occur and are not the liability of K-Ice Distribution Radio LLC.
