All beats listed on Inkwitdabeats are licensed non-exclusively for $100 unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a beat from this site, you (the Licensee) agree to the following terms:
š¹ 1. Usage Rights
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the beat for:
ā Streaming (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
ā Music videos (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
ā Live performances
ā Radio or internet radio
ā Commercial sync placements (TV, film, ads, web)
Limitations:
Up to 100,000 streams total across platforms
Up to 2 music videos
1 commercial/ad usage
š¹ 2. Delivery
Each beat purchase includes:
High-quality WAV + MP3 files
PDF License Agreement
Instant download + email delivery
š¹ 3. Credit Requirement
All public usage must include production credit:
āProd. by Inksta1ā
This includes metadata, streaming platforms, YouTube, and credits.
š¹ 4. Ownership
You do not own the beat ā you are licensing it.
The producer (Inksta1) retains 100% ownership of the master recording and composition.
This license does not transfer copyright.
š¹ 5. Royalties & Publishing
You retain 100% of performance royalties.
For sync and mechanical royalties (TV/film placement), revenue is split:
50% Publisher (Inksta1) / 50% Writer (You)
Registration with ASCAP/BMI is encouraged.
š¹ 6. Prohibited Uses
ā You may not:
Resell or sublicense the beat
Claim exclusive rights
Use the beat in hate speech or illegal content
