ICE SYNC LIBRARY™ – COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT PROHIBITED POLICY

At Ice Sync Library™, a division of Krushed Ice Publishing™, we are committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of creators, artists, and content owners. We strictly prohibit the submission, distribution, or use of any musical works or audio content that infringes upon the copyrights of others.
1. 🔏 No Unauthorized Use of Copyrighted Material
All users, artists, composers, and contributors must own or control 100% of the rights (or have documented legal permission) to any music, samples, or recordings uploaded to or licensed through Ice Sync Library™. This includes, but is not limited to:
Instrumentals and beats
Vocal recordings
Loops, samples, or stems
Sound effects
Third-party compositions
Use of unlicensed, uncleared, or bootleg content — including commercial samples without clearance — is strictly prohibited.
2. 📁 Proof of Ownership or Clearance Required
We reserve the right to request and verify proof of ownership, sample clearance, or license documentation for any submitted work. This may include:
Copyright registration certificates
Split sheets or work-for-hire agreements
Sample clearance letters
Sync/Mechanical license documentation
Failure to provide such documentation upon request may result in immediate removal of the content and/or suspension from the platform.
3. ❌ Violations & Penalties
Violating this policy may result in:
Immediate takedown of the infringing material
Temporary or permanent suspension of account privileges
Termination of representation with Ice Sync Library™
Legal action and/or liability for damages
Infringement is a serious offense under U.S. Copyright Law (Title 17, U.S. Code), and violators may be subject to statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed, plus attorney’s fees and court costs.
4. 📩 Reporting Infringement (DMCA Notice)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to Ice Sync Library™ without authorization, you may submit a DMCA takedown request by emailing:

Please include the following in your notice:
Your full name and contact information
A detailed description of the copyrighted work
The URL or filename of the allegedly infringing material
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
A statement that your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized agent
Your physical or electronic signature
